Meet Sohana Kistensamy, Administrative Officer and Personal Assistant to Professor Graeme Meintjes, based at Groote Schuur Hospital. In my role, I support the VUKA Research Clinic through oversight of Finance, Human Resources, and Regulatory processes.

I am passionate about my work and take pride in contributing to a team of extraordinary colleagues who dedicate themselves in HIV prevention research and patient care. Working alongside these “superheroes” who go the extra mile to uplift the Khayelitsha community is both inspiring and deeply fulfilling.
