Welcome to John Nchejane at the Mechanobiology Lab. John joins as PhD student the UCT Three-way PhD Global Partnership Programme "Computational Mechanobiology and Bioengineering towards Cell Therapies for Heart Attack and Heart Failure". With Juliet Nagawa and Dodzi Motchon, he completes the UCT complement of three PhD students in the programme. The programme is funded through the Dr Leopold and Carmen Ellinger Stiftung and involves collaborations with the University of California San Francisco and Berkeley, Stanford University and Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
