Ms Zander Isaac

Zander Isaac is a 3^rd year MBChB student at UCT.

She has been a RAI fellow since 2023.

She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Gold Awardee of the President’s Award and ex-finalist of the Eskom Expo International Science Fair in the category of Medical Sciences.

She is the former Head of Global Surgery of the UCT Surgical Society (2023) and is currently on the Health Promotion Committee of SHAWCO Health and a member of the African Research Society.

Her passions lie in the fields of surgical innovation, social justice in healthcare and Global Surgery community development and advocacy.

Outside of the medical sphere, Zander is a dancer / performer with professional Indian Dance troupe, Taare.
