Supporting postgraduate students in their research journey is a priority for our department. We recognise their challenges—from refining research questions to structuring their thesis—and have developed the Enrichment Programme 2025 to provide structured guidance, mentorship, and skill development.

This year-long programme is designed to scaffold students' research progress, covering critical areas such as literature searching, theoretical frameworks, research methodologies, academic writing, and preparing for conferences. We aim to create a supportive learning environment that enhances research confidence and capability through expert-led sessions, peer engagement, and personalised feedback.

A key feature of the programme is the reflective portfolio, where students document their learning journey and receive ongoing guidance, even if they cannot attend all sessions. By integrating interactive workshops, methods masterclasses, and dedicated thesis development sessions, we are committed to equipping our postgraduates with the tools they need to succeed in their research and academic careers.
