UCT Otolaryngology registrars rotate annually through Red Cross Children's Hospital and are exposed to a variety of ear, nose & throat conditions.  

 

During this time they are also involved the Paediatric Airway Unit that includes endolaryngeal and open airway reconstructive surgery.

The Karl Storz University of Cape Town Paediatric ENT Fellowship program, now in its 3rd year, is based at Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital.  It is the only Paediatric ENT fellowship on the African continent.  For more information, please email the program director.
