Dr Haniem Salie
My research interests are closely aligned with my dual role as a clinician and clinical lecturer. They focus on practical, applied scholarship within primary health care (PHC) and undergraduate medical education. Specifically, I am interested in exploring methods to enhance workplace-based assessment for final-year students in community settings, with the aim of optimizing their learning and preparedness. Concurrently, drawn from my daily clinical practice, I am keen on initiatives that improve PHC service delivery and the implementation of effective clinical governance frameworks at the operational level. While my current research experience is limited due to clinical commitments, I am deeply interested in collaborative, practice-informed research projects in these areas and would welcome the opportunity to contribute or participate where possible.
