Dr Angela de Sá

I am a family physician with many years of experience in the public health sector in Cape Town. In addition to my clinical and teaching work, I am an integral coach with a strong interest in clinical leadership development, stress management, and building resilience in healthcare workers. I believe that patient and healthcare worker safety are fundamentally linked to our ability to manage stress effectively and to the presence of capable and compassionate leadership within health teams.

I am also interested in facilitating and developing teams to work together more effectively to achieve health outcomes.
