Dr Olivia Matshabane

Dr Olivia Matshabane completed her PhD and a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship under the EthicsLab. Her research focussed on ethical implications of neuropsychiatric genomics. Subsequently she secured a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in the USA, where she went for two years, to train on the psychosocial implications of neuropsychiatric genomics and neuroethics. Upon her return, she consults with the EthicLab as a lecturer in neuroscience ethics.
