David Nderitu is a Lecturer of Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy, History and Religious Studies, Egerton University, Kenya. His early career academic and research activities focus on African Philosophy and African indigenous worldviews, ethics, African social ethics, bioethics and health research ethics. He is interested in discourses regarding the relevance of universal research standards in African cultural contests with specific underlying beliefs and practices.
My stay at the EthicsLab in September 2023 exposed me to enlightening discourses in bioethics, and I continue participating in such discourses and establishing more networks.
