The Clinical Ethics Forum is a safe and supportive space for healthcare providers to discuss complex ethical cases related to patient care. We aim to facilitate conversations and team-building between HCPs and contribute to reducing moral distress amongst individual HCPs. FHS students are also encouraged to attend and participate in this learning experience.

The first discussion of the year is titled, 'What to do about Depo? Progesterone contraceptive and meningioma risk within the South African context', hosted by Dr Richard Burman (Division of Neurosurgery)

Date: Tuesday, 3 March 2026
Time: 16:00 - 17:15
Venue: Resource Room 3, G-floor, Neuroscience Institute (in-person only)
