As has become usual, our prestigious 12-day Emerging African Leader fellowship programme this year was packed with an exciting array of speakers, discussions and activities. The thirty selected fellows were addressed by the likes of former South African finance minister Trevor Manuel, struggle veteran and Chairperson of Corruption Watch Mavuso Msimang, human rights activist Pregs Govender. as well as our own Honorary Professor and past Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, Carlos Lopes.
