Building Bridges: PENNY Community Advisory Board Visits Erin House and the Neuroscience Institute

On 10 September 2026, the NeuroDev team welcomed members of the Public Engagement for Neurodevelopment and Neuroimaging of the Young (PENNY) Community Advisory Board (CAB) for a site visit to Erin House and the Neuroscience Institute, followed by our first formal CAB board meeting. The visit provided an opportunity for members to learn more about our research facilities, engage with ongoing studies, and contribute valuable insights on community priorities, stigma, participant engagement, and research communication. The day marked an important step in strengthening the partnership between the research team and the communities we serve.
