CPD points will be issued for delegates who sign attendance registers available at the lecture theatre (one register for Tue 31 October and two registers for Wed 1 November; the second register on Wed 1 November must be signed before the start of the sixth (final) session for the ethics CPD point.

Please complete the Registration form by Thurs 26 October for catering purposes (you will be issued with a voucher for lunch and tea breaks).
Off site access:
Although this is an in-person event and all the presentations are live, the proceedings will be streamed as a webinar for people who are off-site or unable to attend in the lecture theatre; the recordings will be made available after the event. On the registration form, please indicate if you will be attending remotely; the event organizers, Event Management Solutions (EMS) will email the meeting links the day before the event to delegates who request to attend virtually. CPD points will be available for each session; virtual delegates will be able to participate in the Q&A Sessions by making use of the chat box.
