Dr Tania de Villiers represented the Division of Nursing and Midwifery at the University of Cape Town by attending NNVAWI’s 25th Conference held at the Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Phuket, Thailand, from 13th to 15th November 2024.

She successfully presented two papers at this prestigious international gathering of the Nursing Network on Violence Against Women International.

This participation highlights the Division’s active engagement in global scholarship and leadership on violence against women and gender-based violence.
