The Division of Nursing and Midwifery at the University of Cape Town is thrilled to announce the successful accreditation and official launch of its new Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Midwifery.

This milestone reflects the Division’s ongoing commitment to expanding specialist education and strengthening midwifery capacity in South Africa. The new programme will equip graduates with advanced clinical skills, leadership abilities, and evidence-based knowledge to deliver high-quality, woman-centred care.
